Based on your preferences & goals,
I recommend Dubsado.

👇
Why?
I recommend Dubsado in a couple of scenarios:
- Budget is most important to you, and you prefer Xero bookkeeping software.
- You are not very techy and want to keep it simple.
- A website, digital products, email marketing, and blogging are not important to you or in your near-term plans.
In the scenarios above, Dubsado is a great CRM for a bookkeeping business.
It allows you to:
- Create a quote form (this can replace a website as you get started, or even in its entirety)
- Have automatic email responses after submission of the form
- Scheduler which can replace Calendly
- Send proposals
- Accept e-signatures of contracts
- Accept payments using Square, Stripe, or PayPal. I recommend Stripe if you prefer Xero and Square if you prefer QuickBooks. I would not use PayPal for receipt of payment of services because they side with the consumer more in the event of a dispute and their fees are currently higher.
- And more, but if I were just getting started these are the features I would focus on.
