DAY 5: AMP UP & ORGANIZE!

How can you take all of the info from this week and put all the pieces together so you have a firm grasp on your income and expenses, spend very little time keeping track of it, and get an accurate pulse on your business?

By doing bookkeeping.

>> Sounds expensive?   Hardly!

>> Sounds boring?   It isn't!

>> Sounds impossible?   Nope!

Bookkeeping software can be really cheap - as cheap as $10 a month (sometimes cheaper under promo), and really fast and dare I say *easy* once you've got it set up and running properly.

My favorite features of today's bookkeeping software:

🙌 It's cheap.  Again, as low as $10 a month

🙌 It's easy.  it automatically pulls transactions from your bank so you don't have to highlight or add or key in what you spent

🙌 It's smart.  You can create "rules" so that every time it sees a purchase from Office Depot it codes it to office supplies, or codes Dropbox to utilities, or AT&T to telephone… you get the idea.  After a while it almost does everything for you

🙌 It's helpful.  So you know what you're making and where your biggest costs are so you can make adjustments to your business to become more profitable

🙌 It's cloud based.  So you can access it from any computer, and even your smart phone,

aaaanddd….

🙌🙌 You're capable of doing it. 🙌🙌
